Chrome-plated, high-alloy steel, variable-dial torque wrench lets you see the exact amount of inch pounds you’re applying. Large dial, with contrasting, black numerals on a white background, is easy to read; includes one-inch-pound graduations from 1 to 75. Heat-treated, molybdenum, fish-scaled handle lets you get a good grip so you can control the amount of torque you’re applying. Encased in an impact-resistant polycarbonate box. Requires ¼" socket-drive conversion for use on screws.

Nice!(21.07.2012)
Add your driver bits, put it to work. Works at both ends of its limits and inbetween. It works.
Great Torque Wrench(12.02.2013)
Easy to use, accurate and very flexible due to large range. Allows you to quickly and accurately tighten scope rings, bases to recommended torques. Sized appropriately for delicate work on firearms. Longer handle provides more leverage and better control than screw driver type torque wrenches. With this, you only need one tool for all typical firearms fastener torques.
The perfect tool for the job!(01.04.2017)
Bought this with the intention of optic mounting and couldn't be more satisfied. The dial is easy to read and can be rotated to position the pointer perfectly on zero with no load and it's large enough to give ample leverage yet not too large as to be clunky and get in the way. And the quality of construction is top notch. It's expensive, but you really get what you pay for.
Professional tool for real professionals(14.11.2017)
As a professional gunsmith this is the very best torque wrench Brownells sells for the precision torque readings we need for mounting sensitive optics. Unlike a clicker type, the dial allows us to quickly spot a screw that is stretching or threads that are about to give away. It also reads in reverse so we can document original torque specs pretty close when we are evaluating a rifle for accuracy issues. We have been using it almost everyday since Feb 2016 with no complaints.
