The Geissele Super SCAR trigger is a semi-automatic trigger that Geissele has developed as a retrofit for the FN SCAR 16 and FN SCAR 17. The Geissele Super SCAR trigger is designed to only fit into the standard polymer trigger housing manufactured by FN. The SCAR trigger is a non-adjustable, two-stage trigger but it is not a Match trigger. The Geissele SCAR trigger is ideally suited for Close Quarters Battle (CQB) and mid-range work. Comes with Aeroshell #6 Lubricant.
SPECS: The Geissele SCAR has a total pull weight of about 4.5lbs – 2.5lbs on the first stage and 2lbs on the second stage. The pull weight and sear engagement are not adjustable by the shooter.

Super Trigger is right!! 11.09.2017
I got my Scar 16s and the trigger was horrible. Almost 7 pounds of tough long pull. I put in the super scar trigger in less then 10 minutes. The difference was night and day. It is now a three pound trigger and a tack driver at that. I was really concerned about dropping that much coin but it was so worth it!!!!

Nice Trigger - Another Geissele Winner 22.09.2015
Not as easy to install as a drop in, but install can be completed in 20 minutes if you take your time and carefully follow the included directions. The trigger break is virtually perfect. Mine is just a hair over 3.5 lbs. Feel is great. Absolutely results in tighter groups. A little expensive, but probably the single best performance modification that can be made to the Scar.

After I installed this into my Scar 17 I realized what everyone had been talking about. Groups tightened up and can shoot under 1 MOA now. Easy to install and really compliments the rifle's capabilities, trigger pull gauge reads it at a consistent 3 pound break. Very friendly and helpful staff who knew what they were talking about when I called with questions. I placed my order on a Monday at 1:45 pm and the order actually shipped the location at 2:50 pm with an email tracking number. I used 3-5 day priority shipping and the order arrived 2 days later at my home in Texas by noon, very pleased with my purchase and the customer service. Would recommend to anyone above the other triggers out on the market.

A customer had shipped one of these triggers to me to install in a modified HANDL SCAR 25 lower. To my amazement it didn't work well. The customer sent the lower into Geissele for further inspection. Long behold they found that dimensionally the SCAR 25 lower was slightly out of spec, enough so to make the dual stage trigger interaction not work properly. Geissele quickly fixed the problem, responded to me and updated our company to the problem. Geissele Automatics is a stand up company, and stands behind their product 110%. This is a great buy. They are updating their literature, and product information to reflect the problem. If you have a standard SCAR 17 Lower this is a great product. Check with modified lowers manufacture before purchasing.

After doing a ton of research on what upgrades to get for my new Scar 17s, I decided that the Geissele Super Scar trigger was the first thing to get purchased. With a simple YouTube installation video, I had the 8lb stock trigger replaced with the new 4.5lb Geissele. I took it to the range that afternoon and was shocked at the difference, I even shot a premature round down range because the trigger pull was so much lighter and very smooth. The only bad review I have ever seen was the one above mine and I believe the issue that they had came with not replacing the grip screw with the shorter one that comes provided with the Geissele trigger assembly. The stock grip screw is longer and get in the way of the trigger mechanics, thus not being able to fire I would presume. Expensive but worth every dollar.
